GETTING STARTED

1. What is a SIM Card?
  • SIM stands for Subscriber Identity Module. A SIM card is a small "smart card" for GSM/GPRS mobile phones that contains your personal account profile as well as saves important information (i.e. network information, account services, your mobile phone number, stored telephone numbers, SMS messages and more). The SIM card must be inserted in the phone AFTER ACTIVATION in order for the phone to operate.

    When in a new H2O¢ç Wireless package, it is about the size of a bank check card or a credit card. Within, there is a small "punch-out" smart card which needs to be removed before inserting into the phone.
2. How do I insert the SIM Card into my phone?
    1. Remove battery from your phone.
    2. Carefully punch out SIM from the Plastic cardholder.
    3. Place SIM into the phone¡¯s SIM cardholder with the gold square facing down and positioned so the metallic face of the SIM is lined up with and touching the metal contacts on the phone.
    4. Close the phone¡¯s SIM cardholder until it clicks.
    5. Replace the battery and battery cover.
    6. Turn on your Phone.
    7. If installation is successful, "UNI Wireless", "GSM", "Locus", or "My Network" should be in the phone¡¯s display.
    8. If "Insert SIM Card", "Check SIM", "SOS Only", or "Unregistered SIM" appears in the phone¡¯s display, remove the SIM and re-insert as instructed above. If re-installation is unsuccessful, please email Customer Service at sales@intercomws.com
3. What¡¯s an IMEI and where is it located?
  • An IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique number given to every mobile phone and is located behind the battery.
4. How do I activate H2O¢ç Wireless service online?
5. How do I activate my phone by using a home phone?
    1. Decide which plan you would like to go with.
    2. Call 1-800-643-4926 from any phone except from your new cell phone.
    3. Follow the instruction of the automated voice system.
    4. During the activation process, you will be asked for:
      - ActFast Code (printed on your SIM card)
      - Zip Code
      - City
    5. Your phone number will be provided at the end of the call.
    6. Recharge your account if you purchased an airtime card. Note that H2O¢ç MINUTE, DAY, MONTH $25, $40, $50, and $60 airtime cards are NOT inter-operable, so you must always remember your plan and purchase airtime card according to your plan.
    * Do not turn on you phone until your activation has been completed. If you did turn it on before or while in process of activation for any reason, please just turn it off and turn it on again after activation is completed.
6. Is there an activation fee for H2O¢ç Wireless phones?
  • Of course not. H2O¢ç Wireless is a no-contract GSM service with no hidden and extra fees. What you pay for is what you get.
7. Can I pick my own phone number when I buy a new H2O¢ç Wireless phone?
  • No, you cannot choose your own phone number. As our automated system finds the area code you requested and searches from a pool of numbers which are currently available in the US. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to choose a number.
8. What do I do if the phone does not work after activation and programming has been completed?
  • Please visit the Authorized Dealer you purchased your GSM service from or email Customer Service at sales@intercomws.com.
9. How long does an activation take for H2O¢ç Wireless phones?
  • The process itself only takes a couple of minutes. But please allow up to 2 hours.
10. Why does my wireless phone show I¡¯m Off-Network even though I¡¯m in the home area?
  • If your phone is newly activated, ensure that enough time has been allowed for the system to activate the phone. Check to see that the airtime minutes were loaded on the phone. If the problem persists, dial 611 from your phone (this is a FREE call) or contact Customer Service from any phone at 1-800-643-4926.


USING YOUR PHONE & DEVICE

BASICS

1. How do I make a phone call?
  • To make a phone call, enter the 10-digit phone number of the person you are trying to reach. You are required to enter the 10-digit phone number even if you have the same area code or are in the same vicinity of the person/place you are calling. H2O¢ç Wireless does not charge extra for the domestic long distance.
2. How do I change volume during a call?
  • Use the volume keys on the side of the phone to raise or lower the volume during a call. If you do not have volume keys on the side of your phone, please refer to your phone user manual to find out how you can control the volume.
3. How do I save numbers to my phone?
  • Instructions may be different per phone, so if these steps do not work for you, please refer to your phone user manual.
    1. Press 'Contacts'
    2. Select Add New Entry
    3. Press 'OK'
    4. Input contact's name and press 'OK'
    5. Scroll to the number field
    6. Press 'OK'
    7. Input the phone number
    8. Press 'OK'
    9. Repeat steps 5 - 8 to enter additional numbers for the same contact name
4. How many contacts can I have in my phonebook?
  • The number of contacts on a phone can vary by phone. However, it can hold 100 to 1,000 contacts generally. Please refer to your Phone user manual for details.
5. I changed my phone but how do I keep all my contacts?
  • Please save the contacts to your H2O¢ç Wireless SIM card, not to your phone. This way, all you have to do when you get a new phone is to remove your H2O¢ç Wireless SIM card from your old phone to your new phone.

6. How do I activate Call Forwarding?

  1. Scroll through the menu and select Settings
  2. Scroll down and select Call Settings or Call Manager
  3. Scroll down and select Forward Calls
  4. Select Voice Calls
  5. Select Always Forward
  6. Select Activate
  7. Enter the 10-digit number to forward all calls to and select OK
  8. Call Forwarding will remain active until you deactivate the feature.


  9. * Note that H2O¢ç MONTH $40, $50 and $60 plans do not offer Call Forwarding service.

7. How do I deactivate Call Forwarding?

  1. Scroll through the menu and select Settings
  2. Scroll down and select Call Settings or Call Manager
  3. Scroll down and select Forward Calls
  4. Select Voice Calls
  5. Select Always Forward
  6. Select Cancel
  7. Select OK

8. How do I set up Three-Way Calling*?

  1. Dial the number of the third party, including area code, while the original party is on the phone.
  2. Press , which dials the third party and puts your original call on hold.
  3. To establish the three-way call, press again either before or after the third party answers.
  4. If the third party is busy or does not answer, press once to disconnect the third party.
  5. To disconnect from the third party in a three-way call, press once
  6. To disconnect from the original party in the three-way call, the original party must hang up.


  7. * Airtime charges apply when using these features from your wireless phone. Note that H2O¢ç MONTH $40, $50 and $60 plans do not offer Three-Way Calling service.

9. How does Call Waiting work?
  • When you are on a phone call and someone calls you, you will be alerted with an audio (i.e. ringtone) and visual alert (i.e. blinking screen) of the incoming call. You can answer the second call while keeping your first call active by pressing the key on your phone or by following the instructions displayed on your phone. At this moment, you will be able to switch back and forth between the two calls in progress. Please refer to your Phone manual for more details.
10. How do I use Call Waiting*?
    1. Press to answer the second call
    2. To alternate between calls, continue to press .
    3. Airtime charges apply when using these features from your wireless phone.
11. How much does it cost to use Call Waiting?
  • There's no additional charge to use the Call Waiting feature, however you will be charged standard rates for both calls while you are connected to both calls.

    For example, if you are on H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE, DAY, or MONTH $25 plan and you are talking to a friend, you are being charged for that call at whatever per minute rate your plan offers. If you answer a second call without dropping the first call, you will be charged twice your rate since you are on two calls at the same time.

12.What is Caller ID?
  • Caller ID shows you the phone number of most incoming calls. If you don¡¯t want to answer your wireless phone and you have Voicemail, you can let the incoming call roll to your Voicemail box. Caller ID works whenever your phone is on. It even works when Call Waiting alerts you of an incoming call. Per Call Blocking allows you to selectively block the presentation of your wireless phone number.
13. How do I use Caller ID (block my wireless phone number from appearing)?
    1. Enter *67 Phone Number you are calling and press .
    2. Your number will show up as "anonymous" on the receiver¡¯s Caller ID
14. How much does a 411 call cost?
  • Direct dialing of 411 (Directory Assistance) is $3.00 per call plus your standard rate per minute if you have H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE, or DAY, or MONTH $25 plan. If you have H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH $40, $50, or $60 plan, a direct dialing to 411 is currently unavailable.

    However, you can get directory assistance at no additional charge (only pay your standard rate per minute, completely free if you have H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH $40, $50, or $60 plan) by dialing 1-800-free411 (1-800-373-3411) or 1-800-goog411 (1-800-466-4411).
15. How do I change my phone?
  • You will need to ensure the new phone is an AT&T and FCC approved GSM 850/900/1900, dual, tri, or quad-band, unlocked GSM Phone that can be used for activations on H2O¢ç Wireless GSM. Simply take the SIM card from your current phone and insert it in your new phone. You can now use your new phone as you normally would.
16. How do I set speed dial for one of my contacts?
  • As the steps may vary depending on your phone model, please refer to your phone user manual for details.

    Find the contact in your Phone Book by selecting Menu ¡æ Contacts ¡æ Find Name. Highlight the contact you want and press OK. Then select OPTIONS and press OK. Choose SPEED DIALING and a number will be assigned to the contact you chose. Press OK to assign that number and you will now be able to call the contact by press-hold that one number instead of 10 digits.


VOICEMAIL

1. How do I set up my voicemail?
    1. Dial your wireless phone number from your wireless phone or any other touch-tone phone.
      Press * key if calling from other touch-tone phone.
    2. The system will ask you to enter your personal pass code. (think of an easy to remember pass code and enter it when prompted)
    3. The system will prompt you to record your own personal greeting or to select a standard greeting.
2. How do I listen to my voice messages*?
    1. Dial your wireless phone number.
    2. Press 1 if calling from your wireless phone. Press * key if calling from any other phone.
    3. Enter your pass code.
    4. The system will automatically play the new voice messages.
    5. Airtime charges apply when using these features from your wireless phone.
3. How do I listen to my voice messages from another phone?
    1. Call your H2O¢ç Wireless phone number from another phone.
    2. When you hear the greeting press the * key.
    3. Enter your pass code.
    4. The system will automatically play the new voice messages.
4. How do I reset my voicemail if I¡¯ve forgotten or lost my voicemail pass code?
  • Contact Customer at 1-800-643-4926 and provide your mobile number and IMEI, which will be required for the voicemail to be reset. Once reset, all previously stored messages will be deleted.
5. What are the short cut keys for my voicemail box?
    1. Press '1' to play messages
    2. Press '1' to replay last 3 seconds of a message
    3. Press '11' to replay current message from the beginning
    4. Press '2' to pause/continue a message
    5. Press '3' to fast forward 3 seconds
    6. Press '33' to skip to the end of a message
    7. Press '7' to delete a message
    8. Press '9' to save a message
    9. Press '2' to record a message
    10. Press '3' to change a greeting
    11. Press '4' to access personal options
6. Can I get my voicemail in Spanish?
  • This depends on how you set up your voicemail initially. If you selected 2 for Spanish then your voicemail will in Spanish. If you would like to change your language selection, you can do so by resetting your voicemail settings. Please call your voicemail and follow the prompts to reset your settings.
7. How do I send calls directly to my voicemail?
  • To send an incoming call to voicemail, press the 'end call' key (normally marked in red) on your phone. Some phones will display an option to send to voicemail as well. If this appears, highlight that option and press 'OK.'


MESSAGING

1. How do I use Text Messaging?
Text Messaging allows you to send or receive short alphanumeric messages (up to 150 characters in length) using your wireless phone. For instructions on receiving and sending text messages or to check to see if your phone has 2-way text messaging capability, please refer to your phone manual or see your dealer.

For H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE plan: The first text message you send or receive each day (12am - 11:59pm local time) will be billed at the standard rate (10¡Ë). Every text message sent or received thereafter (up until 11:59pm local time that same day) will be billed at the discounted rate (5¡Ë).

For H2O¢ç Wireless DAY plan: As long as your $2 daily access fee is paid, all text messages are free.

For H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH $25: Text messages are 2.5¡Ë per text (send or receive).

For H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH $40, $50, and $60 plans: ALL text messages are free.

2. How do I switch between words, letters and numbers when writing a text message?
Changing text entry settings varies by phone. If these steps don't work for you, please refer to your Phone user manual.

All you have to do is change your text entry setting. Each phone type will use slightly different words to describe text entry settings. Most phones use 'ABC' mode' or 'Alpha' to mean one letter at a time, and "Word" to mean predictive text entry.

  1. While you are entering text into a message, click on the 'Menu' key.
  2. Scroll to and select the new text entry type.
  3. Click 'OK.'

3. How do I send a text message from my computer?
To send a text message to another H2O¢ç Wireless customer from email, place your friend's 10-digit H2O¢ç Wireless phone number followed by @txt.att.net in the "To" or address field.

For Example: If your wireless number is (555) 123-4567, your e-mail address is 5551234567@txt.att.net.

To send text messages from your email to friends who have service with other carriers, you would typically enter the email address as the 10 digit phone number of the person you want to send a message to, followed by the carrier's address.

If they reply, their message will go straight to your email inbox.

4. Can I block text messages?
Instructions will be different per phone so please refer to your phone user manual for more details. Yes, you can usually block up to 10 telephone numbers or email addresses from sending text messages to you.

5. How do I delete a text message?
The method to delete a text message can vary by phone. Please refer to your phone user manual for details.

Highlight the message in your Inbox and press Options -> Erase or open a message and select Options -> Erase. Then, select Yes at the prompt. To erase ALL of the messages in a folder, Select Menu -> Messaging -> Erase Msgs. Choose the folder that you wish to clear and select Yes at the prompt.

6. How can I retrieve a text message that has been deleted?
Once a text message has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved from the system or the phone itself.

7. Can I send international text messages using my H2O¢ç Wireless phone?
H2O¢ç Wireless is working diligently to support this feature.

8. Why am I not able to send or receive messages?
There are a couple of things that can cause your phone to stop sending or receiving messages. Many of them can be fixed by performing one or more of the followings:

  • Check your account balance: If your balance is too low to cover the cost of a text message or if you balance expired, you may just need to add money to your account in order to restore your text/MMS messaging service.
  • Use the area code: You must use the area code and phone number when sending a message.
  • Keep your flip phone open: Phones that flip open and close must remain open while the text message is being sent. If you close the phone while it's still sending, your messages will not be sent.
  • Clean out your Sent and Inbox: The messages that you receive and send are stored on your phone and can take up space! Keeping them can interfere with your ability to send or receive additional messages. Check your phone user guide for instructions on how to delete messages.

RATES & PLANS

H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH $40, $50, and $60

1. What's not included in H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH $40, $50, and $60 plans?
Additional services such as direct dialing to 411 directory assistance and international calls, call forwarding, Three-way calling, incidentals and premium messaging services are not included.

2. How much does it cost to send a text message using my H2O¢ç Wireless phone?
When we said UNLIMITED, we meant it. Both domestic and international text messages are unlimited to send and receive.

3. Does H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH $40, $50, and $60 plans charge sales taxes on its phones and/or plans?
This depends on your State regulation on the prepaid products.
For instance, Washington State regulates retailers to charge sales tax on all prepaid calling cards, prepaid phones, and prepaid wireless recharge minutes.

4. Is H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH plan right for me?
H2O¢ç Wireless MONTH plans are the best option if you talk and/or text and/or use internet a lot. You get all the benefits of the unlimited plans out there but you are NOT bound by annual contracts!



H2O¢ç Wireless DAY plan

1. Is the H2O¢ç Wireless $2/DAY plan compatible with other H2O¢ç Wireless plans?
No, this plan is not compatible with any other plan.

2. Does my $2/DAY plan expire?
IYes, your $2/DAY ($10) airtime card will expire in 5 days from the date loaded onto your phone. Your $2/DAY ($20) airtime card will expire in 10 days from the date loaded onto your phone.

3. What if I do not add money to my account?
To ensure uninterrupted service, you are required to recharge your H2O¢ç Wireless account before it expires. Your account will be cancelled if the balance remains at $0 for 30 consecutive days or more.

4. Can I stack up my airtime cards?
Airtime cards can be stacked (e.g. If you buy 4 $10 cards, you can add them to your account at once to use for 20 days without service interruption).

5. Can I send messages from the U.S. to other countries?
This service is available to you if you add the Feature Card to your ACTIVE H2O¢ç Wireless plan. By adding a $10 Feature Card you have access to many features including Int¡¯l texting.
Please note: This card will expire the same day your main H2O¢ç Wireless account expires.

6. Do I have an International Calling Credit with my $2/DAY plan?
If you would like to stay connected with your family overseas, you can add a $10 Feature Card to your ACTIVE H2O¢ç Wireless plan and add more value to your plan. You will have access to Int¡¯l Calling and many other features you love.
Please note: This card will expire the same day your main H2O¢ç Wireless account expires.

7. Can I receive a message from someone who is located outside the U.S.?
Yes. Standard rates apply.

8. Are calls to my voicemail free on the H2O¢ç Wireless $2/DAY plan?
You will not be charged for calls to your voicemail, as long as you have enough balance on your account.

9. Is H2O¢ç Wireless $2/DAY plan right for me?
H2O¢ç Wireless $2/DAY plan is the best option for you if you¡¯re in town for a few days and need to stay connected without any commitments. Also, this plan is perfect for those who want to stay on a budget without missing any calls or texts. H2O¢ç Wireless $2/DAY plan starts as low as $10.

H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE

1. When do I need to recharge or add money to my account?
Airtime expiration ranges from 30 days to 1 year from date loaded onto your phone. To ensure uninterrupted service, you are required to recharge your H2O¢ç Wireless account before your airtime expires. As long as you recharge before your airtime expires, any unused minutes will be carried over and your expiration will be extended to your new expiration date.

2. How much are calls to my voicemail?
If you use your H2O¢ç Wireless phone to access your voicemail your call will be rated like any other call you make.

3. What if my account balance reaches $0?
Once your account balance reaches $0, your services are interrupted (except calls to 911). You will have 30 days from that time to add money to your account or your account will be canceled and you will lose your phone number.

4. Can I make international calls?
Yes. You have 2 options to call internationally with H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE plan. You may dial directly to your destination number or configure our International Calling number to take advantage of our competitive rates to 53 pre-select countries. To dial directly, all you need to do is have enough money in your account to cover the international rate plus your standard airtime rate.

5. Can I send messages from the U.S. to other countries?
H2O¢ç Wireless is working diligently to support this feature.

6. How much does it cost to send a text message using my H2O¢ç Wireless phone?
MINUTE Plan: Text messages are only 5¡Ë/message to send and to receive.

7. How much does it cost to make international calls directly?
The cost to make an international call is the standard airtime (per minute) charge plus the per-minute International Rate for the country you are calling. Check out our international rates page for a list of countries and rates. The rates are subject to change without prior notice so be sure to periodically check online.

Example 1: If you're a H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE ($30) customer and make a call to a landline in Mexico City, your rate is 5¡Ë/minute standard airtime, PLUS the 2¡Ë/minute international rate for Mexico City. Therefore, your call would cost 7¡Ë/minute. However, if you set up H2O¢ç Wireless International Calling feature, your international rate for Mexico City will be waived. Therefore, your call would cost 5¡Ë/minute.

Example 2: If you're a H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE ($20) customer and make a call to a landline in Mexico City, your rate is 14¡Ë/minute standard airtime, PLUS the 2¡Ë/minute international rate for Mexico City. Therefore, your call would cost 16¡Ë/minute. However, if you set up H2O¢ç Wireless International Calling feature, your international rate for Mexico City will be waived. Therefore, your call would cost 14¡Ë/minute.

8. Can I send messages while traveling outside the U.S.?
You can send and receive text messages from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

9.Can I receive a message from someone who is located outside the U.S.?
Yes. Standard rates apply.

10. Can I make calls from outside the U.S.?
We do not offer international roaming. However, H2O¢ç Wireless already has coverage in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. See Coverage Map for details.

11. How do Rollover minutes work on H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE plan?
As long as you recharge before your airtime expires, any unused minutes will be carried over and your expiration will be extended to your new expiration date.

12. Is H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE plan right for me?
H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE plan is the best option if you want to control your spending with no annual contracts. If you don¡¯t talk/text much, just buy a $10 card and you can talk upto 200 Minutes. Or, buy a $100 card and use it for a year!



ADD MONEY

1. How do I add airtime to my phone, from my phone, for FREE?

  • From phone dial *888* PIN # or Dial 611 and follow the automated prompts.


  • For H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE or DAY plan users, upon completion of every call you make or receive and every text message you send or receive, your remaining balance will automatically appear in your phone¡¯s display.

2. Where can I purchase more airtime?
To buy more airtime visit your nearest H2O¢ç Wireless Authorized Dealer or call 1-888-640-8311 (Mon-Fri. 9am-6pm PT) to locate a store near you. To buy online, visit our online shopping mall at www.ShopForPrepaid.com.

3. How do I check my account balance from my phone for FREE?
Simply dial *777# and you¡¯ll receive a message, in your phone¡¯s display, indicating the remaining balance. If you need assistance, please dial 611 from your phone (this is a FREE call).

4. How do I find out the usage on my phone since the last airtime card was added?
Dial 611 from your phone (this is a FREE call) and provide the mobile number and IMEI that you want to see the call detail for.

5. How do I know when my balance expires?
You can check the expiration anytime by dialing *777# (this is a FREE call) with your phone, and you will also get daily notification to your phone 5 days before the expiration date to remind you to add money to your account.

6. How long do I have to add money into my account once my account is expired?
Your H2O¢ç Wireless phone number expires in 30 days if you do not replenish your account.


BENEFITS

1. Is there a fee to transfer my old phone number to my new H2O¢ç Wireless phone?
No, it is absolutely free to transfer your old phone number. And plus, H2O¢ç Wireless is a no-contract service so there are no early termination fees.

2. How long will it take to transfer my old phone number to my new H2O¢ç Wireless phone?
We¡¯ll move your number to H2O¢ç Wireless as fast as possible. Right now, moving a wireless phone number to H2O¢ç Wireless can take less than 10 minutes but up to 3 days -- moving a land-line number can take up to 5 days.

The actual time to move a number depends on a few things -- your old provider, the demand for portability, and the accuracy of information. Once your number is ready to use on our network, we will call you or leave a voicemail letting you know that you are good to go.

If you don¡¯t wish to wait for your old number to be switched over, you can always get a new H2O¢ç Wireless number almost in an instant.

3. I transferred airtime to my phone, but the minutes are not showing in my account. What should l do?
Contact Customer Service at 1-800-643-4926 and provide your mobile number and the PIN and serial number on the airtime card you are attempting to transfer to your account.

Note: H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE, DAY, MONTH $25, $40, $50, and $60 airtime cards are NOT inter-operable. So you must always remember your plan and purchase airtime card according to your plan. If you purchased another type of airtime card, return it to where you purchased the card. If your Dealer/Retailer added the card to your phone, please return to the dealer or contact them and explain the situation.

4. What is the International Calling to 53 Countries for H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE plan?
Now you have the convenience of making international calls right from your H2O¢ç Wireless phone to 53 pre-select countries at no additional long distance fee. All you have to do is dial the special access number, 1-562-252-0100. You must hold an active H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE plan. Access to cellular numbers in all countries will be excluded from this offer. Service line numbers or other special toll charging numbers in all countries may be excluded from this offer. 5. How to use H2O¢ç Wireless International Calling feature for MINUTE plan users?
For best results, program this number into your speed dial as ¡°H2O¢ç Wireless Int¡¯l Calling¡±

How to Use H2O¢ç Wireless¡¯ International Calling to 53 Countries*:

  1. You must have active service with H2O¢ç Wireless MINUTE plan and a sufficient account balance
  2. Dial 1-562-252-0100 from your wireless phone
  3. When you hear the dial tone, just dial as you would to make any other international call

    011 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number


  4. IMPORTANT!
    DO NOT PRESS after step 3. Your call may get charged at a higher rate if you press after dialing your destination number. Please note that regular airtime rates apply and will be deducted from your total balance while using this feature.

Yes, of course you can. As long as the phone you are trying to use is an AT&T or unlocked FCC approved GSM 850/900/1900, dual, tri, or quad-band phone.

1. My service was canceled. What do I need to do to reactivate my phone?
As long as you still have an unused, new H2O¢ç Wireless SIM card, you can reactivate it. However, your previous phone number will no longer be available.

2. How do I keep track of my account balance from my phone for FREE?
Simply dial *777# and you¡¯ll receive a message, in your phone¡¯s display, indicating the remaining balance. If you need assistance, please dial 611 from your phone (this is a FREE call).

3. If I move, do I have to change my H2O¢ç Wireless phone number?
You can change your number but it is not necessary because all our plans include nationwide calling with no additional domestic roaming charges. However, if you must, you will need an unused, new H2O¢ç Wireless SIM card.

Note: If the phone is currently active, unused airtime minutes can be transferred to the new number.

4. What do I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
You should call H2O¢ç Wireless Customer Service at 1-800-643-4926 as soon as you realize your phone is lost or stolen. We can take measures to protect your active account balance as soon as you call in, and get you up and running again. Once you report to H2O¢ç Wireless Customer Service that your phone is lost or stolen, you will have 30 days to replace your phone, otherwise your account will automatically cancel and you will lose any money you had left in your account. You¡¯ll need to purchase a new H2O¢ç Wireless SIM card and a new wireless phone so that we can transfer your previous account.

5. How do I disconnect my mobile phone?
Dial 611 from your phone (this is a FREE call) or contact Customer Service from any phone at 1-800-643-4926 and provide the mobile number and IMEI that you want disconnected. Or you can simply not use your phone and your account will automatically be cancelled after 30 days after your balance expires.

6. How do I cancel my H2O¢ç Wireless service?
If you're not happy with your service and you would like to cancel your account, all you have to do is walk away. Your H2O¢ç Wireless account will cancel on its own. Your account will automatically be cancelled after 30 days after your balance expires.
