Please do not turn on your cell phone when activating your account. If you had your cell phone turned on during the activation process, you might not be able to use your phone. If so, please just turn it off and turn it on again, and it should be working fine.
Once you choose your plan and activate your account, you must always remember your plan and purchase airtime PIN according to your plan. H2O MINUTE, DAILY UNLIMITED ($2/Day), and MONTH ($25, $40, $50, $60) airtime PINs are NOT inter-operable.
